 The Minnesota Coffee Roasting Company is an independent micro roaster of specialty coffees. We are located in Minnesota, right where the prairie ends and the lakes and Northwoods begin. We offer coffees from different regions all over the world, always of the specialty grade. Every coffee has its own distinct character and flavor, and it is our passion to find and present those qualities in every bag of coffee that we sell to you.
